Seeds for high nutrient foods for sustainable farming

Our villagers are already farmers, but have used “slash and burn” techniques with single crops covering large areas over many years. They have abandoned the native high nutrient foods that Maya cultivated in ancient times in favor of only corn and beans grown on depleted soil.  GVH provides seeds for a diverse selection of high nutrient foods so that families with the full range of nutrients concentrated in vegetables and grains that they can grow sustainably close to their own homes where they cook and eat.
